Refund policy
At Vantary, every piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Since our products are made for a premium streetwear experience, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.
Eligible Conditions for Return or Exchange
We will gladly accept a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong size compared to the size you originally ordered.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product or an incorrect parcel.
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Packaging images (if applicable)
Conditions for Approval
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Show no signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery
Once our team verifies the issue, we will process the exchange or return accordingly.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Slight measurement differences within standard manufacturing tolerance
Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved:
- We will arrange the replacement of the correct item/size.
- Exchange delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability and location.
