At Vantary, we aim to deliver every order safely and on time. Each parcel is carefully packed and dispatched to provide the best possible delivery experience.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your city, area, or courier availability.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Possible Delivery Delays
Although we always try to deliver on time, delays may sometimes occur due to:
- Public holidays or national events
- Bad weather conditions
- Courier or logistics issues
- High order volume periods
- Stock or inventory delays
- Unexpected operational problems
In such cases, customers are requested to allow extra time for delivery.
Delivery Attempt Policy
- Our logistics partners will attempt delivery twice at the provided address.
- If the parcel is not received after both delivery attempts, the order will be returned back to us.
- Customers are requested to stay available on the provided contact number to avoid failed deliveries.
Non-Serviceable Areas
Currently, we do not deliver to certain remote or non-serviceable regions, including:
- Some Northern areas
- Interior Sindh regions
- Locations where our logistics partners do not operate
If your area is outside our delivery coverage, your order may be cancelled or our team may contact you for an alternative solution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Vantary will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.
Order Tracking
Tracking details may be shared once the order has been dispatched, depending on courier availability.
